Product Description: 
SP Troches Strawberry is a lozenge (sucking tablet) with strawberry flavor that functions as a local antiseptic for the mouth and throat. 

Indication / Benefits: 
For treatment of bacterial and fungal infections in the mouth and throat (e.g., pharyngitis, sore throat, oral cavity infections). 

Composition: 
Dequalinium chloride 0.25 mg 

Drug Class: 
Over-the-counter (mouth antiseptic) 

Dosage Form: 
Lozenge (sucking tablet) 

Packaging: 
1 blister × 12 lozenges (in a box) 

Strength: 
0.25 mg per lozenge 

Composition: 
(same as point 4) Dequalinium chloride 0.25 mg 

Usage / Dosage Instructions: 
Suck 1 tablet slowly until dissolved in the mouth (do not chew). 
Usual dose: 1 tablet six times daily. 
Maximum: 8 tablets per day. 

Warnings & Precautions: 

Do not use if allergic to any component. 

Not recommended for long-term use. 

Safety in pregnant or breastfeeding women has not been established — consult a physician. 

If symptoms do not improve after 3 days, discontinue and consult a doctor. 

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. 

Use caution in diabetes patients (lozenge may contain sugar or sweeteners).
